We will offer you 15 calendar days from receiving your order to return the bracelet(s) for a refund. The customer is responsible for your own return shipping costs. These costs will be deducted from the refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method upon receipt of the returned items which in their original packaging, with tags attached, and show no signs of wear or usage.
Please note: As our products are unique design and limited quantity to ensure that you have low possibility of “twinning”, we strictly control the quantity of each bracelet, somehow we're not legally obligated to offer refunds; however, considering of your satisfaction is our priority, we would like to offer a refund (excluded mystery box, wish and customization).
Please note while you receive your order, please make sure no broken of the external package, in case of any problems after a Longway shipment, we advise you to take a video while you are opening the broken package. If happens, please write an email to us at info@symbiosispace.com.
